Our staff members belong to the Appraisers Association of America, the New England Appraisers’ Association, and/or the Gemological Institute of America. Our in-house staff is assisted by a network of experts in museums, galleries, and universities who serve as advisers in specialized areas.  The principal of Abigail Hartmann Associates, Gayle M. Skluzacek, AAA, wrote the first USPAP certification test for Personal Property Appraisers in 1994 and has taught the course to an approximate 25,000 appraisers in the past three decades.
